Non-Discrimination

The Institute for Secure Activism is committed to service to the community without regard to age, ancestry, disability, national or ethnic origin, native language, race, religious belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, relationship structure, genetic information, or military status.

The Institute for Secure Activism is an equal opportunity employer. We will not discriminate and will take affirmative action measures to ensure against discrimination in volunteering, employment, recruitment, advertisements for employment, compensation, termination, upgrading, promotions, contracting, and other conditions of association or employment.

Anti-Racism

The Institute for Secure Activism rejects all forms of racism and racial discrimination, and is committed to the elimination of racial discrimination in everything we do. We are committed to actively challenging racism, regardless of how it is expressed. Our work in education, technology, and direct action exclusively exists to counter all forms of discrimination, including both interpersonal and systemic racism.

Intersectionality

The Institute for Secure Activism recognizes that within groups of people with a common identity, there exist differences within that identity. Each individual experiences societal interactions differently, as a reflection of their overlapping identities. Therefore each member of any marginalized community will experience discrimination differently. We are committed to prioritizing intersectionality as a central guiding principle in all our anti-disrimination work.
